Each of our creations is handmade with love and personalized just for you, which means we’re unable to offer refunds. However, if your order arrives with a personalization error or has been damaged in transit, please reach out to us through the 'Contact Us' form - we’ll be happy to make things right. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Yes - because each letter is lovingly personalized and made just for your child, all purchases are considered final sale. We encourage you to double-check spelling, addresses, and custom details before placing your order. If you spot an issue or need help, please reach out within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to assist before your letter enters production.
